Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Alaska Fire Service, located in Ft. Wainwright, AK, is responsible for repairing Stihl equipment used in the suppression of wildland fires. The goal of this contract is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the procurement of various Stihl parts and equipment to facilitate simplified purchasing for vendor supplies.

Work Details
The contractor will provide chainsaw repair parts, bar oil, and tools primarily from the brand Stihl. The specific items include:
1. Chainsaw Repair Parts, Oils - Stores Item
- Product/Service Code: 9440
- Product/Service Description: Miscellaneous Crude Agricultural and Forestry Products
2. Chainsaw Repair Parts, Oils, Tools Multi
- Product/Service Code: 9440
- Product/Service Description: Miscellaneous Crude Agricultural and Forestry Products.

Pricing must be equal to or lower than those charged to the contractor’s most favored customers for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. The contractor is required to furnish a full parts price list with effective and expiration dates. All sales to the U.S. Government are exempt from taxation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to the BLM Alaska Fire Service located at 1544 Gaffney Road, Ft. Wainwright, AK 99703.
