CH-53K Lot 3 Tech Pubs Modification

The Naval Air System Command awarded a modification to Contract N00019-16-C-0048-P00057 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, to provide I- and D- level IETMs to be built and viewable in the NAVAIR Standard IETM Viewer (NSIV) and add Technical Supplier Data updates as well as additional Organic Repair Material. This procurement was procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2), in that Sikorsky is the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, special skills, technical data, facilities, and experience to provide the logistics support on the CH-53K.
