CH-53E Modernization Special Notice - Presolicitation   5

Under the authority of FAR 5.205(c), this is a special notice regarding the multiple award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity Training Systems Contract IV ( TSC IV ). It publishes draft requirement documents to invite corresponding feedback from any interested small businesses TSC IV awardees, as this contract action constitutes a small business set aside fair opportunity. The documents that this notice makes available upon request are the applicable

(1) statement of work ( SOW ),
(2) specification, and
(3) contract data requirements list ( CDRL ) set.

One or more of the documents listed above constitutes controlled unclassified information ( CUI ), is export controlled, or both. Therefore, to receive this CUI, a respondent must have a current certification from the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program ( JCP ).

Any requests for access to the technical documents associated with this procurement must be by e-mail to the responsible Contract Specialists, Mr. Michael Davis and Ms. T'ann Perrault. Their e-mail addresses are michael.davis15@navy.mil and Trang.Perrault@navy.mil, respectively. The e-mails sent to them should provide a courtesy copy to the Contracting Officer, Mr. La'Venji Daniels, at lavenji.daniels@navy.mil.

In your request, include the following subject line: REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS -- SOLICITATION N61340-21-R-0061. Additionally, please include your cage code and JCP point of contact.
