CGC Mackinaw Dockside Repairs   2

Background
The U.S. Coast Guard is issuing this solicitation for dockside repairs to the CGC Mackinaw, as part of their mission to maintain and repair their fleet. This requirement is a total small business set aside, aimed at acquiring commercial items for ship repair. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract (IDR), allowing the Coast Guard to issue task orders as needed.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing dockside repairs on the CGC Mackinaw. Specific tasks include:
- Conducting inspections and assessments of the vessel's condition.
- Performing necessary repairs and maintenance on various systems and components of the ship.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during the repair process.
- Providing a copy of the contractor’s standard commercial warranty upon completion of work.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the contractor's facility, with specific reference to the Cutter’s home port located at 632 Coast Guard Drive, Cheboygan, MI.
