CGC KIMBALL -Shell Rotella 15W40 T3

Background
The United States Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) KIMBALL requires a bulk delivery of lubrication oil to support essential maintenance and repair of the cutter's Main Diesel Engines (MDE) and Ship's Service Diesel Generators (SSDG).

The objective of this contract is to procure the required product and secure a contractor capable of delivering and pumping the oil directly onboard the vessel.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, vehicles, hoses, and pumping equipment required to supply and safely transfer the specified quantity of lubrication oil to the USCGC KIMBALL at USCG Base Honolulu.

The product required is Shell Rotella 15W40 T3 with no substitutions unless expressly authorized in advance. The total quantity required is 1,800 gallons, which must be delivered via bulk transfer.

The contractor must possess the capability and equipment (pumps, hoses, fittings) to pump the oil directly onboard the cutter from the pier. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for providing necessary spill containment equipment (e.g., drip pans, absorbent pads) during the transfer process and adhering to all local and federal environmental safety regulations.

Bidder Requirements
Delivery personnel must possess and present a valid RAPIDS ID, Common Access Card (CAC), or a valid state-issued Driver's License to enter the installation.

The contractor is responsible for coordinating with the point of contact (POC) to ensure proper credentialing prior to the delivery date.
