Background
The U.S. Coast Guard is issuing this solicitation for dockside repairs to the Cutter JOSHUA APPLEBY (WLM 175), a 175ft Keeper Class vessel currently home-ported in Pensacola, Florida. The goal of this contract is to ensure the vessel is maintained and repaired in accordance with the provided specifications, ensuring operational readiness and safety.

Work Details
The contractor will perform various dockside repairs as specified in the attached documents. Key tasks include:
1. Maintaining, reporting, and disposing of government property during the ship repair process, including proper identification, tracking, and control of property within possession.
2. Completing a Government Property Report that tracks all government property throughout the contract duration, which must be submitted with the final invoice.
3. Complying with instructions from the Property Administrator regarding the return of government property associated with this contract.
4. Ensuring that any changes to contract requirements are approved solely by authorized personnel from the Coast Guard.
5. The contractor's performance will be evaluated based on past performance metrics and adherence to technical requirements outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period as detailed in the solicitation documents, with site visits required to be completed no later than October 10, 2025.
