Background
The United States Coast Guard is seeking to procure a floating dock with scaffolding for the CGC CAMPBELL (WMEC 909) to facilitate shipside work.

This contract aims to enhance operational capabilities by providing a safe and efficient platform for maintenance and painting tasks.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of a floating paint float with the following specifications:
- Dimensions: 16’ x 20’
- Structure: Two-tier aluminum scaffolding system
- Features: Top tier equipped with three-sided railing and ladder for access to the second tier
- Safety: Bumpers on all sides of the float to protect against damage while performing work alongside ships
- Utility: Installed cleats for securely tying the dock off to the pier when not in use.

Allowed contract charges include the price of materials and construction of the float, as well as shipping costs.
