Cg25 Catered Meals, Bottled Water, & Laundry Service - San Jose, Gtm

Background
The contract is issued by the United States Army South (ARSOUTH) in support of the Cemtam Guardian 2025 (ExCG-25) exercise in Guatemala. This exercise is designed to enhance interoperability, domain awareness, information sharing, and counter threat capabilities among military participants. The goal of the contract is to provide Catered Meal Services, Bottled Water, and Laundry Services to support the operational needs of the U.S. Government during this exercise.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the following services:

1. Catered Meal Services:
- Provide 53 breakfast meals daily from May 16-22, 2025 at Brigada de Paracaidistas 'General Felipe Cruz' in Puerto San Jose.
- Provide 53 dinner meals daily from May 15-22, 2025 at Comando Fuerza Especial Naval Puerto San Jose (COFEN).

2. Bottled Water Services:
- Supply a total of 666 cases of bottled water (12 bottles per case) as specified in the delivery schedule.

3. Laundry Services:
- Provide laundry services for 53 personnel on May 15, 18, and 21, with a turnaround time of 24 hours or less.

4. DBA Insurance:
- Maintain DBA Insurance as per contract requirements and provide proof after contract award.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 12 to May 23, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Puerto San Jose, Guatemala.
