The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests training to obtain FAA Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR)/Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and/or CFI-Instrument endorsements. This is a small business set-aside with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code anticipated for this requirement is: 611512 - Flight Training and small business size standard in millions of dollars for the selected NAICS is $34M. The FBI does not intend to reimburse recipients for any costs incurred in preparing a quote. Prior to the preparation of your quote, please read all instructions contained herein.The Contractor's quote shall be clearly stated, complete and provide a straightforward, concise delineation if its capabilities and services to satisfy this RFQ.

Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking training services to provide FAA Federal Aviation Regulations and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) endorsements, including CFI-Instrument endorsements. This contract is set aside for small businesses. The FBI's mission includes ensuring the safety and security of the nation, and this training is essential for enhancing their operational capabilities. The FBI will not reimburse any costs incurred in preparing quotes for this solicitation.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Certified Flight Instructor Training and Endorsement services as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). The services include:
