Description

This effort requires contractor support in providing Certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist services to support worldwide Athletic Training services within Marine Operating Forces (OPFOR) Formations. Services include integrated, performance-based strength and conditioning programs, rehabilitative, and injury preventative programs that will reduce injuries, attrition and lost workdays associated with musculoskeletal injuries, and accelerate the return to duty of those encumbered by performance related injuries.

Background
The U.S. Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM) requires on-site Certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist services to support worldwide Athletic Training services within Marine Operating Forces OPFOR Formations. The contractor shall provide state-of-the-art, professional services in human performance, including integrated, performance-based strength and conditioning programs, rehabilitative and pre-habilitative programs.

Work Details
The tasks include documentation/administration, injury prevention and physical training program design, injury evaluation and treatment, as well as specific qualifications for the personnel providing these services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from March 29, 2023 to March 28, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various U.S. Marine Corps locations within CONUS and OCONUS.
