CENTREX CONVERSION FROM TDP TO VOIP

Background
The solicitation is for the CENTREX Site Conversion from Time Division Multiplex (TDP) to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) for the Naval Air Station Key West, FL. The Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer has mandated a transition from TDM technology to IP by September 30, 2024. The Navy is seeking a commercial partner to provide complete transition of TDM voice services to IP voice services.

Work Details
The contractor is required to maintain approximately 3,000 telephone numbers at Naval Air Station Key West, FL. The location currently has contractor-provided TDM services which must be fully transitioned to an IP capable network that supports Voice, Video, and limited Data applications. The contract also includes security requirements such as personnel clearances and standards of behavior for contractor employees.
