Centralized Training Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC)   2

Background
The Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) – 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), JBSA-Randolph, Texas 78150-4302, intends to award firm-fixed price BPAs on a sole source basis to the twenty-one (21) vendors listed in the attachment below under the authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 3572, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901) and DAFFARS 5313.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.

Work Details
The anticipated sole source BPAs will provide non-personal Professional & Management Development Training and Information Technology (IT) Training to Department of the Air Force (DAF) personnel on an as needed basis. The above listed vendors are in possession of the vendor specific training curriculum and data that is needed to successfully provide the required training support.

Period of Performance
The anticipated Period of Performance for each BPA will consist of a 5-year ordering period.

Place of Performance
Contractor performance will take place virtually and/or at various CONUS locations as determined by the Contractor after award.
