Background
The Central Texas VA Health Care System (CTVHCS) is seeking to procure Chemistry Quality Control (QC) Products to support its clinical laboratory operations. The use of Quality Control products is essential for validating clinical laboratory results, and the CTVHCS has a history of utilizing Bio-Rad QC products with successful outcomes. This contract aims to maintain continuity in laboratory operations by procuring Bio-Rad QC materials and software, thereby avoiding the need for re-validation of equipment and procedures that would occur if a different manufacturer were used.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Bio-Rad quality control products and software for daily validation of clinical testing across multiple facilities within the CTVHCS, including:
- ETOH/AMMONIA LEVEL 1 #544: 25 units (15 Temple, 5 Austin, 5 Waco)
- ETOH/AMMONIA LEVEL 2 #545: 6 units (4 Temple, 2 Austin)
- ETOH/AMMONIA LEVEL 3 #546: 25 units (15 Temple, 5 Austin, 5 Waco)
- CARDIAC MKR PLUS LEVEL 2 #147: 12 units (10 Temple, 2 Austin)
- CARDIAC MKR PLUS LEVEL 3 #148: 55 units (35 Temple, 10 Austin, 10 Waco)
- IMMUNOASSAY PLUS LEVELS: Various quantities totaling to a significant number across different levels and types.

The total estimated quantities for various products are detailed in the SOW and include specific items such as Tumor Markers, Urine Levels, Immunology Levels, and more. The contractor is required to deliver these items as needed to the respective facilities listed in the delivery addresses section.

Period of Performance
The contract period includes an ordering period starting from November 15, 2025, to November 14, 2026.
