Center Support Services - Mingo

Background
The contract is issued by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) for the purpose of providing Centers Support Services to the Mingo Job Corps. The mission is to address challenges in student enrollment and outcomes influenced by factors such as recruitment and attrition rates, labor market conditions, and provider engagement.

The goal is to mitigate supply and demand imbalances in staffing needs across various centers, ensuring effective support services are utilized.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
(1) Recruiting and staffing qualified personnel to serve all 24 centers across the Continental United States;
(2) Detecting and addressing indicators of identity fraud, unauthorized substitutions, or other workforce integrity risks;
(3) Ensuring continuous oversight of personnel, including remote workers;
(4) Complying with reporting requirements specified in the contract;
(5) Mandatory removal and replacement of personnel who do not meet eligibility or performance requirements, ensuring continuity of operations;
(6) Compliance with security requirements including timely removal of non-compliant employees;
(7) Inclusion of compliance clauses in subcontracts requiring access to federally controlled facilities or information systems.

Period of Performance
The total duration of this contract shall not exceed one year.
