Background
The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to competitively award, under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, a new Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for Museum Exhibit Design services. This effort is in support of the Army Museum Enterprise (AME) mission to collect, preserve, interpret, and display historical military material, culture, and artifacts. The award will consist of five 12-month ordering periods.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide museum design services for museum exhibits in the Army Museum Enterprise (AME) utilizing artifacts, images, Audio Visual products, exhibit storylines and other information required to accomplish the task stated in the task orders. All exhibits shall be designed to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and National Park Service (NPS) Conservation standards as shown in NPS Guidelines.
The U.S. Army Center of Military History (CMH) Museums Directorate requires museum exhibit design services necessary for the production of museum exhibits in the Army Museum Enterprise (AME). The AME is comprised of 42 museums located in various states and countries. The objective of this contract is to provide for an IDIQ MATOC that will accommodate exhibit designs at museums in the AME as covered by the Task Order.

Period of Performance
The contract consists of five 12-month ordering periods.

Place of Performance
The site locations for performance will be identified in each Task Order.
