The contractor will provide expertise, management and all services required to arrange the removal, transportation, storage, recycling, and disposal of hazardous property generated by United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD) installations within the countries of Bahrain, UAE, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.

Background
The United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking expertise, management, and services for the removal, transportation, storage, recycling, and disposal of hazardous property generated by DoD installations in Bahrain, UAE, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under full and open competition on an unrestricted basis with a 30-month base period and a 30-month option period.

Work Details
The work will consist of arranging the removal, transportation, storage, recycling, and disposal of hazardous property generated by DoD installations within the specified countries. The solicitation includes provisions and clauses in effect through January 2023. It is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with 12.6. Offerors are required to submit proposals by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on February 15, 2023. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to John E. McDonald and Melissa Herrick with a cut-off date for receipt of offeror questions at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on December 19, 2022.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to have a 30-month base period and a 30-month option period.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the countries of Bahrain, UAE, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
