Census Integrated Personnel and Payroll System (CIPPS) RFI

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to provide information to the United States Census Bureau (USCB) to help define requirements for the three components within the Census Integrated Personnel and Payroll System (CIPPS) and determine an overall acquisition strategy

CIPPS is an integrated suite of government and vendor systems define in Table 2 that provides recruitment and assessment, human resources and pay roll, fingerprint and badging, and hosting an on-line training needed to support the hiring of millions of temporary employees for the 2030 Census.

This notice include attachments for RFI responses to specific components a) recruitment and assessment, b) fingerprint and badging, c) hosting an on-line training and d) acquisition strategy.
