The contract involves the subscription to Gale databases, including:

- Chilton's Auto Repair database
- Legal Forms database
- Military Collection database

Chilton's Auto Repair provides information on over 2,600 vintage vehicle makes and models with full text, diagrams, specification tables, troubleshooting guides, photos, illustrations, multimedia (videos and animation), and ASE test prep.

The Legal Forms database offers legal forms from all 50 states in areas such as real estate, wills, bankruptcy, contracts, employment, corporate matters, landlord-tenant issues, living wills, name changes, power of attorney, taxes, and divorce. It also includes legal Q&A, attorney directories, product descriptions, and law digest with major legal case coverage.

The Military Collection database provides 270 full-text journals and periodicals along with indexing and abstracts for 440 journals related to military and government topics.
