The contractor will provide a minimum of fourteen (14) wireless communication devices (iPhone X Max and above will be acceptable to the Government) capable of delivering secure encrypted voice/text/SMS/data transmissions for Marine Corp Activity Guam (MCAG). The capability to connect while roaming shall be automatic. All numbers are required to be a Guam exchange. Direct dialing for all calls shall be automatic, see draft Statement of Work (SOW), Enclosure (1).

1. This acquisition will be solicited Total Small Business Competitive

2. This requirement is for Cellular Services for MCAG

3. This procurement consists of one solicitation with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price, commercial service contract for one (1) base plus two (2) option years.

CLIN 0002 1st Option Period 27 April 2021 26 April 2022

CLIN 0003 2nd Option Period 27 April 2022 26 April 2023

4. Award will be made to the responsible offerors whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, is the most advantageous and offers the best value to the Government considering price and past performance.

5. It is the bidders/offerors responsibility to check this site daily in order to be notified of any changes to this solicitation.

6. The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 March 2020. Quotations will be due on or about 27 March 2020 at time specified in the solicitation to angela.santos@fe.navy.mil. Only electronic quotations will be accepted.

7. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at www.beta.sam.gov when it becomes available. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. Notification of any amendments to the solicitation will only be made on the betaSAM website for any posted changes.
