Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of Proposed Contract to Action.
This requirement is to obtain eleven (11) Cell-based Homogeneous Time Resolved Fluorescence (HTRF) assay kits that are compatible to a 1536-well plate.

Acquisition Authority: This acquisition is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the resultant contract award will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99-1 / 07-16-2008.
