Description

The Department of Civil and Environmental engineering owns a standalone PF-8000 Aerobic/Anaerobic Respirometer with 8 position control modules and is in need of the Respirometer System Expansion Module to support the continued successful operation of this unit.

The Respirometer System Expansion Module from 8 to 16 position control modules enables the D/CEE to continue to use the present standalone RSA PF-8000 computer, software, and cooling system. This will support multiple Cadet Independent Projects and maintain course outcomes and ABET accreditation.

The Respirometer System Expansion module must include the 8-position control module, DMS-8 stirring base, PR-5010 pressure regulator for the aerobic system, water bath with 8 positioners, all spare parts, installation, hook up and set up to our existing PF-8000 Aerobic/Anaerobic Respirometer System. Please review the attached documentation for further details.

Background
