Cedms/Dservs

Background
The contract is for maintaining the CEDMS application instance(s) and DSERVS applications, including services such as application upgrades, research and development, testing, training, system maintenance, application security maintenance, system documentation, and consultation support. The contract also involves supporting operations and performing services for all application system environments required for the mentioned tasks.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform tasks including application system research, development, configuration management & testing, application maintenance & system updates, application documentation, and application training/knowledge transfer. The contractor is also responsible for providing labor support for the CEDMS Instance(s), Submodules and DSERVS as outlined in the Performance Requirements Summary. Additionally, the contractor shall meet the Technical Exhibit - 1 Performance Requirements Summary.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for the base period of one year with four one-year options. The base year is from 1/1/2024 to 12/31/2024, with option years extending to 12/31/2028.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at the Contractor’s location. Support may be required at other locations based on operational needs. The Contractor may also be required to travel to Government customer sites as required to satisfy the requirements of this contract.
