Amendment 0003 - The reason for this amendment is to revise the schedule of prices, submittal register and following spec sections: 00 73 05, 01 11 00, 01 22 00, 01 57 19, 31 00 00, 31 23 19, 32 32 48 and 33 05 23. Drawing changes include: VOL 103 (C-105 and C-106), VOL 108 (GI005, GC101 and CF305), VOL 109 (GI004, BB103, BB613, CT101 and CT512) and VOL 1110 (CI101). Revisions are a result of contractor questions.

McLoud Run Lower Reach Channel (BASE): The work includes, but is not limited to: demolition; temporary traffic control; clearing, grubbing and stripping; temporary diversion of water; channel excavation, filling, and grading; riprap and bedding stone placement; trail construction; site restoration; and landscaping.

McLoud Run Lower Reach Culverts (OPTION A): The work includes, but is not limited to: access roadway improvements; site demolition; temporary traffic control; clearing, grubbing, and stripping; dewatering; temporary diversion of water; earthwork, excavation and fill; structural concrete construction; 96-inch trenchless steel pipe installation; riprap and bedding stone placement; site restoration; and landscaping.

McLoud Run Lower Reach Levee (OPTION B): The work includes, but is not limited to: site demolition; trench excavation; sheet pile installation; construction of levee embankment; toe drain installation; riprap and bedding stone placement; site restoration; and landscaping.
