CDP Training Support Services

This request for proposal #70FA2023R00000012 is for training support services to be provided to the Center for Domestic Preparedness located in Anniston, AL. The contractor shall provide all training support services as identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The objective of this procurement is to obtain reliable, efficient, and effective services by applying a sound management and technical approach that will provide the best value and meet the objectives described in the PWS (Attachment 1). Please note that there are 44 attachments with this solicitation as outlined in Section 15 of the solicitation. This competitive 8(a) set-aside solicitation is provided to all eligible contractors in GSA's Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) 8(a) Pool 2 - NAICS 611710 for award of a hybrid, predominately Firm Fixed Price, with Cost Reimbursement Other Direct Costs (ODCs) (Government-provided not-to-exceed ODC amounts) CLINs under the authority of FAR Part 16.5. Please review the entire solicitation and provide appropriate responses and documentation as required. A Request for Information was previously issued via email on February 16, 2023. The incumbent contractor for this requirement is TGB3 Enterprises, LLC under contract number 70FA2019C00000001. The total contract value is $34,691,197.17.
