Background
The Marine Corps College of Distance Education and Training (CDET) is seeking support services for the modernization of the Senior Enlisted Blended Seminar Program (SEBSP) in order to increase operational readiness. The program will be conducted at the CDET Headquarters in Quantico, VA, and at four regional campus’ and Staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) Academy locations: Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico VA, MCB Camp Lejeune NC, MCB Camp Pendleton CA, and MCB Camp Butler Okinawa Japan. The program aims to provide a modernized curriculum in a blended format available to all E-8s across the Total Force.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide program management, instructional services, and administrative services for the modernization of the SEBSP. This includes providing instructional support IAW class schedule, ensuring course objectives are successfully met, and delivering services within set course objectives and timelines. Additionally, the contractor will provide academic support for CDET Headquarters and DEP SME Services to support distance education programs at Quantico, VA. The contractor will also be responsible for providing Common Access Card (CAC) cards for all contractors requiring access to the Government network and restricted Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) sites.
