Background
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), specifically the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to UNICOM Systems, Inc. This contract is aimed at providing commercial software license maintenance for the UNICOM Intelligence Suite, which supports the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) Integrated Data Collection System (PIDS).
