CDAO - ADA / IR - DRAID BOA Holders

Background
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), is soliciting a requirement for the Accelerating Data and Artificial Intelligence (ADA) Teams Incident Response (IR). This contract aims to enhance the capabilities of the CDAO in managing data readiness for artificial intelligence development.

The solicitation is open to both small and large businesses that hold a Data Readiness for Artificial Intelligence Development (DRAID) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).

Work Details
The contract encompasses five primary tasks:
1) Program Management;
2) Program Integration, Training, and End User Support;
3) Data Labeling and Pipeline Management;
4) AI Engineering and Integration Support;
5) Acceleration of Emerging AI Technologies Research and Integration.

The work will be performed under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task order, which will be awarded based on best value considering technical capabilities, price, and past performance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance consists of one 12-month Base Period, with an option for an additional 12-month period.
