Cd/Dvd/Blu-Ray Duplicator Idiqs

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services is seeking multiple award fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the purchase of CD/DVD/BLU-RAY Duplicators. The goal of this contract is to provide equipment and associated services for processing CD/DVD/BLU-RAY data imagery products across approximately 35 locations in the Continental United States, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia.

The IDIQ will cover a 60-month ordering period, with delivery orders issued for initial equipment purchases and warranties.

Work Details
Contractors are required to propose a CD/DVD/Blu-Ray Duplicator System that includes:
- Delivery and installation of the equipment.
- Maintenance warranties and repair services for up to 60 months.
- Network functionality support.
- IT Security Accreditation and technical support throughout connectivity duration.
- Training on equipment use and maintenance.
- Documentation including user manuals.

Specific requirements include:
- A removable hard drive kit with two drives per system for classified/unclassified processing.
- A Thermal Color Label Printer capable of automated operation without interrupting the burning/labeling process.
- Software for label creation with a minimum capacity of 375 disk input/output.
- Capability to produce multiple CD/DVD formats simultaneously without hardware adjustments.

Estimated order quantities include:
- 4 Bay: 20 units
- 6 Bay: 20 units
- 12 Bay: 25 units
Total estimated systems: 65.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contracts will have a period of performance not exceeding 60 months.

Place of Performance
Approximately 35 locations throughout the Continental United States, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia.
