The Saint Paul district (MVP) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) uses CCure 9000 v2.7 system, running on a virtual Windows Server 2019 system as our access control system. MVP needs to award a contract for a vendor to provide a Card Enrollment System for card validation and enrollment of the TAC, PIV, and other FIPS 201 compliant credentials that currently exist on our CCure 9000 v2.7 system while maintaining the existing FIPS 140-2 credentials already present on the system for backwards compatibility.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in the Saint Paul district requires a Card Enrollment System for card validation and enrollment of TAC, PIV, and other FIPS 201 compliant credentials that currently exist on their CCure 9000 v2.7 system while maintaining the existing FIPS 140-2 credentials for backwards compatibility.

Work Details
The Enrollment System will include: Innometriks High Assurance Software Suite with Enrollment Server and Plug-in/Software for the existing Software House CCure 9000 Series-R system, Stand-Alone Enrollment Client, USB enrollment reader with contact interface, and USB PIN Pad for user PIN entry. The software and system should be installed and used with the existing CCure 9000 v2.7 system running on a virtual Windows Server 2019.
