CCTV Installation Project and Annual Maintenance Service

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Banjul, Gambia, is seeking proposals for the installation of a new CCTV system and annual maintenance services. The goal of this contract is to enhance security by ensuring reliable surveillance of the embassy's perimeter and interior compound. The U.S. Government intends to award this contract to a responsible company that submits a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Install a completely new CCTV system that operates 24/7 for reliable surveillance of the perimeter fence and interior compound.

2. Provide technical support within 24 hours of installation completion.

3. Ensure all work is executed in compliance with manufacturer’s instructions and the Statement of Work (SOW).

4. Conduct installation during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Ensure safety protocols are followed for all employees and visitors during installation.

6. Provide all necessary supervision, skilled, and unskilled labor for the project.

7. Repair any damaged areas resulting from installation, including concrete pavement and broken glass.

8. Submit a detailed cost breakdown for evaluation purposes, including individual item listings for materials and labor.

The work will be conducted at House No. 1001 Fajara in Banjul, Gambia.
