CCTV - Community Commons

Background
The requirement is issued by the Department of the Air Force for the installation of a comprehensive Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Security System at Building 441A, Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany.

The goal of this contract is to enhance security through real-time monitoring, video recording, storage, and analytics for designated areas within the facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform all work and furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, licenses, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the project. The work includes:
1. Infrastructure: Complete installation of necessary infrastructure prior to camera installation.
2. Cameras: Installation of CCTV cameras as specified.
3. Monitoring System: Setup of monitoring equipment for real-time surveillance.
4. Data Storage: Provision of data storage solutions for recorded footage.
5. Programming and Maintenance: Software licensing and ongoing maintenance support for the CCTV system.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be completed by June 12, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must obtain base identification and vehicle passes for personnel visiting or working on the installation.

They are required to submit a written request listing contract number, location of work site, start and stop dates, and names of employees needing access. Compliance with AFI 31-101 is required for unescorted entry into controlled areas.
