Background
The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) has awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price service contract to Active Decision Support, Inc. (ADS), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern (SDVOSBC) with a CAGE Code 53SZ1. The contract is in support of the Center for Army Analysis (CAA) for advisory assistance for the Cost Comparison Tool for Stationing (CCATS) model. The services include one 12-month base period and 3 12-month option years.

Work Details
The requirement is for contracted advisory and assistance services in support of the CCATS model. The contractor will provide continued subject matter expertise to the Center for Army Analysis in developing the requirements document for the enhanced CCATS model in support of strategic stationing studies DoD wide and for use in all levels of Army stationing studies. The services include continued model maintenance, model testing, model documentation, and training to Government personnel on model usage and programming.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance is for one base year – 13 September 2023 to 12 September 2024, with three option years – 13 September 2024 to 12 September 2027.
