Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, part of the U.S. Department of the Interior, is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for HVAC repair services at its Folsom Area Office complex and Nimbus Power Plant. The Bureau's mission includes managing water resources and providing reliable water supply and power generation. This contract aims to ensure that HVAC systems at these facilities are maintained and repaired effectively, as the Bureau's own mechanics lack the necessary EPA certifications for refrigerant handling.

Work Details
The contractor will provide HVAC repair services including:
1) Responding to service calls for malfunctioning units within 48 hours;
2) Providing repair estimates within 24 hours after diagnosis;
3) Coordinating repair scheduling with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR);
4) Executing refrigerant charging for newly installed HVAC systems;
5) Supplying operation and maintenance manuals for new equipment within five business days post-repair.

The work will be performed at the Folsom Area Office complex, which includes various buildings and facilities, as well as at Nimbus Power Plant. All repairs must comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this BPA is from March 16, 2026, to March 15, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Bureau of Reclamation's Folsom Area Office complex located at 7794 Folsom Dam Road, Folsom CA, and at Nimbus Power Plant located at 1901 Hazel Ave, Gold River, CA.
