CBRND Professional Services

The US Army Contracting Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division (NCD) and the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) will be holding a Virtual Industry Day to provide information on potential task order opportunities for CBRND Professional Services when the Joint Enterprise Omnibus Program, Engineering and Technical Support (JE-OPETS) contracts expire. The task orders that will be discussed may be competed on OASIS+, or OASIS if needed, pending the OASIS+ award schedule.

Note: Although NAICS 541330 is used to make this announcement, JPEO-CBRND Professional Services may include a wide range of requirements and business areas that fall under NAICS Sector 54, Professional, Scientific and Technical Services, such as, but not limited to:

Twelve (12) DRAFT PWSs for potential CBRND Professonal Services task orders are attached to this industry day announcement. The DRAFT PWSs are for informational purposes only and are subject to change or cancellation, do not represent a pre-solicitation synopsis, do not constitute an invitation for bid or request for proposal and are not a commitment by the government to purchase products or services. Please note that the government is considering using OASIS+ as the contract vehicle for these DRAFT PWSs, however, OASIS or other contract vehicles may be used. That decision is currently TBD. The Industry Day presentation will provide information on the planned NAICS, IDIQ, Domain if using OASIS+ or Pool if using OASIS which is not discussed in the DRAFT PWSs. The JPEO-CBRND is interested in Industry's feedback on the DRAFT PWSs. Please send your feedback or questions to the Contracting Office POC provided in this announcement NLT 23 Feb 2024. Industry feedback will be used internally by the government and WILL NOT be posted for all Industry to see. If Industry asks questions, the government responses WILL be posted, but no company names will be associated with the questions. If you provide feedback or ask questions about a specific DRAFT PWS, please identify the DRAFT PWS with your feedback/question by using the specific title of the document from the file name (i.e. DRAFT JPM CBRN Protection TO 1 PWS).
