CBP Watch Contractual Support Services

The purpose of this requirement is to provide Contractor support to assist the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Operations Support (OS), and the CBP Watch for contracted Business Operations Analysts and Consultants. Operations support integrates across functional areas (including intelligence, international affairs, planning, requirements development, crisis management, scientific services, and use of force) to enable CBP's operational offices to strengthen mission effectiveness. OS's specialized capabilities play a critical role in making a more agile, innovative, and stronger CBP. By promoting a collaborative culture, OS is working to ensure that they can provide comprehensive and effective support to enhance mission execution. The CBP WATCH is responsible for providing vital support services to the Commissioner and CBP leadership by maintaining situational awareness of CBP's operational capabilities and significant events, facilitating bidirectional communication between CBP Headquarters and field elements of the operational offices, and reporting on terrorism-related and other significant incidents from across the CBP complex. This will be an award from the GSA Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract, Small Business Pool 1 contract, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB).
