The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions timely submitted to the Government regarding the subject RFQ. The deadline for quote submissions is not extended.

Question 25- In 70B06C21Q00000005 Request for Quotes.pdf, Section II.8, FAR 52.216-19(d) on Page 12 is amended to read:

Notwithstanding paragraphs (b) and (c) of this section, the Contractor shall honor any order exceeding the maximum order limitations in paragraph (b), unless that order (or orders) is returned to the ordering office within five (5) days after issuance, with written notice stating the Contractor's intent not to ship the item (or items) called for and the reasons. Upon receiving this notice, the Government may acquire the supplies or services from another source.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is soliciting quotes for Customs License Broker Exam (CBLE) remote proctoring services for the CBP Office of Trade (OT). See attached 70B06C21Q00000005 Request for Quotes.pdf for instructions, evaluation criteria, and basis for award decision.

This is a full & open procurement with no set aside made for small businesses.

Questions are due November 23, 2020. Quotes are due December 9, 2020. Please reference Section III.1 for specific times.
