U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is soliciting proposals in response to request for proposals (RFP) 70B06C19R00000040. The RFP will result in the award of a single indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract for executive leadership training services. The anticipated contract will be issued with a ten (10) year period of performance as follows: a two-year base period and eight (8) one-year options.

All requirements are defined in the attached statement of work (SOW). The RFP is issued on a full and open competitive basis. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611310.

NO questions or comments regarding this solicitation will be accepted via telephone call. Questions and answers will be posted to this solicitation as an amendment no later than 3PM Eastern time, September 11, 2019.
