Background
The Atlanta VA Medical Center, located at 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, Georgia, is seeking a contract for Radiologic Services to support its beneficiaries at the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) and the Carrollton outpatient facility.

The mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs is to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans, and this contract aims to enhance diagnostic imaging capabilities for outpatient care.

Work Details
The contractor will provide stationary (non-mobile) digital radiology equipment capable of producing a wide range of general diagnostic images. Services include:
- Imaging services provided between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, with no studies ordered after 4:30 pm.
- Equipment must be compatible with the VA Radiology Information System (VISTA) and Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS).
- Images will be digitally transferred to a Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS).
- The contractor will supply ARRT Registered/Certified Technologists for exams and interpretation reports by Board Certified Providers.
- Locations include multiple CBOCs across Georgia, with an estimated annual workload volume of 37,107 exams across various clinics.
- The contractor must ensure that all equipment meets specified technical requirements and provide documentation for Enterprise Risk Assessment approval prior to contract award.

Period of Performance
Base Year: August 15, 2025 – August 14, 2026. Options may extend through subsequent years up to five years total.

Place of Performance
Atlanta VA Medical Center and various Community Based Outpatient Clinics in Georgia including locations in Ft. McPherson, Stockbridge, Lawrenceville, Oakwood, Newnan, Carrollton, Rome, Blairsville, Pike County, Cobb County, and Decatur.
