Background
The 319th Contracting Squadron at Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing maintenance services for bowling pinsetters.

The United States Air Force (USAF) aims to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Pinsetter Maintenance Services at Cavalier Space Force Station (CSFS), North Dakota. This contract will support the USAF's mission by ensuring the operational readiness of recreational facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, tools, supplies, and transportation to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on four AMF bowling pinsetters, lanes, and ball returns.

Key tasks include:
1. Performing preventive maintenance (PM) monthly as per the manufacturer's Service and Parts manual;
2. Conducting lubrication, component inspection, and replacement of worn parts;
3. Identifying broken components that do not routinely require replacement;
4. Conditioning and oiling lanes weekly during the bowling league season and monthly during non-league months;
5. Stripping lanes bi-weekly during league season and quarterly otherwise;
6. Completing lane certification requirements annually;
7. Responding to machine failures within two working days with teardown and parts list;
8. Being present for a minimum of 14 league nights and three special events to ensure proper functioning of equipment;
9. Completing Lockout Tag Out training before maintenance work begins;
10. Ensuring technicians complete a certified AMF maintenance course within three months of starting work.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance is twelve months with four additional option periods of twelve months each, plus a potential six-month extension.
