Solicitation number W9124V2QA008 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those which will govern this acquisition.
All questions shall be submitted in writing. Questions may be emailed to john.e.gottsch.civ@army.mil. Questions shall be submitted no later than 1000 a.m. MDT, 28 March 2025.
Closing date for this solicitation is 7 April 2025. All quotes must be received by 10:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time on 7 April 2025. Quotes will be accepted by email only. Quotes shall be emailed to john.e.gottsch.civ@amy.mil. It is the Offerors' responsibility to ensure your quote has been received. Offerors may submit quotes on a company generated document. However, it is requested that your pricing be entered in Excel format.
Offerors are reminded to submit a five-day sample menu with their quotes.
