Background
The contract is issued by the Ohio Army National Guard, specifically for the 147th Regional Training Institute, located in Columbus, Ohio. The mission of this contract is to provide catered meal services to soldiers during their training sessions. The goal is to ensure that all personnel receive adequate meals during their training period from April 28, 2025, to May 20, 2025.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform catered meal services. This includes:
- Delivery and setup of meals at the designated location (DSCC in Columbus, Ohio).
- Provision of 80 meals per day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from April 28 to May 20, 2025.
- Breakfast will be served as a hot buffet style; lunch will be a cold boxed lunch delivered with breakfast; and dinner will also be served as a hot buffet style.
- Meals must be prepared within 25 miles of the place of performance and comply with health regulations as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service and comply with installation regulations regarding safety and security.
