Catered Meal Requirement CJAG 20-23 FEB 2025

Background
The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for catered meals to support Soldiers during training at various locations within the State of Ohio.

This contract aims to provide high-quality catering services to enhance the training experience of the Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG). The contract is established as a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Catering Services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform catering services. Specific requirements include:
- Provision of hot and cold meals according to a cyclic menu of at least 15 days, ensuring meals are nutritionally balanced.
- Delivery, set-up, serving, and clean-up of meals as specified in task orders.
- Meals must include appropriate quantities of garbage bags, paper products (plates, bowls, cups, napkins), and utensils.
- Hot Buffet-Style Breakfast: Must include eggs, breakfast meat, assorted grain items, fresh fruit, pastries, potatoes, cold cereal, condiments, coffee, milk, and another beverage.
- Hot Buffet-Style Dinner: Must include one meat entrée with sauce or gravy, starch, vegetable, salad with dressing choices, assorted grain items, fresh fruit, desserts, condiments, coffee, milk, and another beverage.
- Compliance with health/sanitation standards set by USDA and FDA for all food items. Delivery vehicles must be clean and maintained in good sanitary condition. A Government representative will inspect all items upon delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from February 20 to February 22, 2025.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance is Camp James A Garfield in Ravenna, Ohio. Additional locations include Camp Sherman Joint Training Center in Chillicothe and various sites throughout Ohio as specified in task orders.
