Case Processing Operations Center Services

Background
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the requisite case processing operation center (CPOC) services related to Federal background investigations. The work involves the general descriptions of work; evaluation and acceptance of reports or other deliverables. Technical direction must be within the scope of work of the contract and any task order thereunder. DCSA will issue technical direction in writing as required.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing Case Processing Operations Center (CPOC) services directly related to Federal background investigation processing. This includes Facility Monitoring, Case Processing, Program Management, and NBIS Implementation Services. The Contractor shall provide expertise expected for performance under this contract and provide clear and concise communication while communicating with DCSA customer agencies and Oversight. The Contractor shall also provide Facility Monitoring Services including Telephone and Switchboard Services and Security Services. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide Case Processing Services such as Application Ingestion Services, Case Maintenance Services, Item Level Processing, and Post Closing.

The geographic locations where the contract will be performed are Boyers, PA and St. Louis, MO.
