CASE PROCESSING OPERATIONS CENTER (CPOC) SERVICES   2

Background
The solicitation is for Case Processing Operations Center (CPOC) services required by the National Background Investigations Bureau (NBIB) to support the Federal background investigation mission. The contract is a non-personal services contract, and the Contractor will not be directly supervised or controlled by the Government.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to provide various services including Facility Monitoring, Case Processing, Program Management, and NBIS Implementation Services. The Contractor must maintain an effective quality control program and develop a Quality Control Plan. They are also responsible for providing workspace, equipment, materials, and basic office supplies. The Contractor's personnel must receive a favorably adjudicated background investigation at the appropriate level and complete all applicable Government-mandated training. The Contractor shall also provide a Management Plan and Transition Plan as part of their proposal.

Place of Performance
The work under this contract will be performed at Boyers, PA, St. Louis, MO, or at an alternate approved location as appropriate for the related effort.
