Background
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is seeking Contractor provided Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) services essential for Federal background investigations. The mission of DCSA is to ensure the integrity and trustworthiness of the Federal workforce through effective background investigations. This contract aims to support the personnel security and investigative mission by providing necessary services for processing background investigations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform CPOC services related to personnel security and Federal background investigations. The specific functions required include:

1) Telephone and Switchboard Services;
2) Case Processing which encompasses Application Ingestion, Case Maintenance, Item Level Processing, and Post Closing;
3) Program Management;
4) National Background Investigation System (NBIS) Implementation Support as it pertains to CPOC.

Additionally, the Contractor must fulfill expedited item/case requests as needed.

Period of Performance
The contract has a five (5) year base period with no options.

Place of Performance
Services may be performed in Boyers, PA, St. Louis, MO, and/or other Government approved sites.
