Description

Case Management Services for United States Army Reserve Command
Background
The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic (RHCO-A) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract for The United States Army Reserve Command (USARC), Ft Bragg, North Carolina for Case Management Services. The contractor shall be qualified to perform personal services to augment or supplement the staffing of the United States Army Reserve Command.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide 3 FTE Profiling Physicians, 4 FTE Registered Nurses (RN) Nurse Managers, 12 RN Nurse Case Managers, and 56 FTE Licensed Practical Nurse Case Managers in support of Individual Medical Readiness to the Army Reserve-Medical Management Center (AR-MMC) located in Florida. The Contract Health Care Provider (HCP) shall provide a wide range of Case Management support services to Soldiers found to have medical issues or concerns that are medically not ready for mobilization/training and require referral management for care/treatment or for appropriate medical board. The contract provider shall provide case management / case review services to Army Reserve military personnel.

The contract will be performed from 25 March 2019 thru 24 March 2024.

The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed include Ft Bragg, North Carolina and the Army Reserve-Medical Management Center (AR-MMC) located in Florida.
