Reclamation falls under the governance of the Department of the Interior (DOI). DOI mandates that each bureau utilizes the IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management software system (Maximo) for work management and asset management at all reserved works power generating facilities. The primary objective of this requirement is to acquire contractor services to perform a re-implementation and configuration of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS8.x) on the US Bureau of Reclamation Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
The US Bureau of Reclamation, under the governance of the Department of the Interior, is seeking contractor services to perform a re-implementation and configuration of the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS8.x) on the Microsoft Azure cloud environment. The objective of this project is to introduce the CARMA system to new facilities and user groups within Reclamation who have not previously used Maximo. The project aims to standardize processes across all current facilities, Maximo sites, and users. The contract will have a minimum of three distinct phases and a maximum duration of four years. The place of performance will be various field locations in 18 states west of the Mississippi River, where requirement gathering sessions will take place.
