Description

Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and material necessary to provide cleaning services at designated areas around Carlyle Lake in accordance with the work schedule and specifications contained herein. The contractors work shall include, but is not limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, and management necessary to accomplish and maintain professional, clean, and sanitary conditions at Carlyle Lake facilities and areas.

Background
The solicitation is issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers for cleaning services at Carlyle Lake, Illinois. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, and material necessary to maintain professional, clean, and sanitary conditions at Carlyle Lake facilities and areas.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform cleaning services at Carlyle Lake. The contractor shall develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed according to the Performance Work Statement.

The work schedule consists of daily inspection reports and the contractor is responsible for conducting business between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Sunday through Saturday. The contract will be performed at Carlyle Lake.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is three months after the date of award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Carlyle Lake in Illinois.
