The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Procurement and Property Services (PPS), Incident Procurement Operations (IPO) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the number 1202SC22Q2715 for Cargo Net 6,000 LB NFES 0458 and Cargo Net 300 LB NFES 0795 in support of the Rocky Mountain Incident Support Cache in Lakewood, Colorado.

The Resultant contract, if any, will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Purchase Order utilizing Simplified Acquisition procedures to the responsible quoter whose total quote is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered for this requirement without engaging in any discussions, negotiations, or requesting any price revisions. Quotes must represent your best possible terms/pricing as there will be no opportunity to revise, amend, correct, or improve your quote once this Solicitation closes. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.

This is a Solicitation Request for Quotes for Commercial Items is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 'Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Subpart 13.5 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. Only offers from small business concerns will be accepted.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 314994 Rope, Cordage, Twine, Tire Cord, and Tire Fabric Mills and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.

Please ensure you have or have added this NAICS in System for Award Management (SAM) registration.

All vendors wishing to submit a quote to the solicitation described herein must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://sam.gov/) or risk their otherwise timely quotation being considered non-responsive regardless of its completeness, timeliness or other salient considerations. Information on SAM registration can be obtained at the following web site: http://sam.gov/.

The Contractor must be actively registered with no exceptions in SAM to be awarded any resultant contract.

It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure the quote has been received by the contracting office by email confirmation. Fax quotes will not be accepted.

Late quotes will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(1) "Late submission, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers."

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.
