CARD COUNTERS for USCIS

Background
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has a requirement for card counters to support the Office of Intake and Document Production (OIDP). The goal of this contract is to produce and provide card counters that will be used in the production processes for Permanent Resident Cards (PRC) and Employment Authorization Documents (EAD).

These devices are essential for verifying counts of cards being transitioned from secure storage into production, ensuring accuracy in the card issuance process.

Work Details
The contractor is required to manufacture and deliver a total of eight card counters, with four units designated for each of the following locations: Lees Summit, Missouri, and Corbin, Kentucky. The card counters will be utilized for count verifications during the production of PRC and EAD cards.

Specific deliverables include:
- Card Counter shipped to USCIS Lees Summit Production Facility (LPF) and Corbin Production Facility (CPF) within 30 calendar days after contract award.
- All documentation developed by the contractor shall become property of USCIS without proprietary markings.
- A post-award conference will occur within 10 calendar days after delivery requirements are met to discuss contract requirements and security features.

Period of Performance
Delivery of card counters must occur within 30 calendar days after contract award.

Place of Performance
USCIS Lees Summit Production Facility, Lees Summit, Missouri; USCIS Corbin Production Facility, Corbin, Kentucky.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure that they can meet the specified delivery timelines and provide warranty coverage for at least 90 calendar days post-receipt of the card counters. The warranty must cover operational performance including accuracy, ease of use, and mechanical functionality.
